Hey Swifties: Here’s How You Can Get Target’s Exclusive T.Swift Merch Next Month

Don’t blame us for what Target makes us do — spend all of our money on Taylor Swift items. The world famous singer, who is set to complete her record-breaking Eras tour in early December, recently announced an exclusive deal with the retailer for special edition books, CDs and vinyls. And with Black Friday coming up, this inevitably makes Target the go-to spot for hardcore Swifites.

“This tour has been the most wondrous experience and I knew I wanted to commemorate the memories we made together in a special way,” Swift wrote on Instagram. “Well, two ways actually.” That’s when the “Bad Blood” singer revealed that “The Official Eras Tour Book” and “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” will be available only at Target stores on November 29th and online on November 30th.

According to Swift, the $39.99 book is “filled with my own personal reflections, never-before-seen behind the scenes photos, all the magical memories you guys brought every single night.” Target’s press release detailed that the 256-page book features over 500 performance, rehearsal, instrument, costume, and set piece photos. Designer sketches used throughout the tour will also be pictured.

Tips to Snag These Swiftie Must-Haves

It’s expected that these Swiftie releases are going to sell out quickly, so time is of the essence. As noted above, these items will be available in Targets stores on Nov. 29 (Black Friday) and online on Nov. 30. In the past, Target stores have opened at 6 a.m. on Black Friday. We will share when we got confirmation of Target’s 2024 Black Friday store hours.

Before the big day, ask an employee where these will be shelved so that you don’t waste time searching (someone may beat you to it in the meantime!). Should you not be available on Black Friday to visit the retailer in person, then opt for shopping online.

We recommend setting up your Target Circle account in advance so that your information is already saved. The sooner you can get online that Saturday the better (even if you have to meet the Target website at midnight).

Other Taylor Swift Black Friday Deals

Didn’t go to the Eras tour (or maybe you did attend, but didn’t want to wait in those long vendor lines)? Don’t worry, because it’s highly likely you’ll be able to snag some T-Swift merch for yourself online. Last year, the singer’s website offered savings of up to 50% off if you bought five items or more on the sales holiday. The “Black Friday” collection consisted of five Eras tour bestsellers, including T-shirts and a hoodie.

With “The Tortured Poets Department” album being integrated mid-tour and new merch available on the site, we’re going to predict that some of those items will be at the center of the sale. It’s also possible that you’ll see savings on vinyl records at big sellers like Amazon and Walmart. Target featured a buy 2 get 1 free deal on vinyl in 2023, but it’s currently unknown if that sale is returning and if Swift’s newest arrival is included (no bad blood here if it’s not!).
