Stores Open Fourth of July + Fourth of July Store Hours

July 4 is a day of celebration. We may spend the day having cookouts with our family or enjoying fireworks, but chances are that at some point, we’ll be looking into some shopping – and there’s some serious shopping to enjoy on July 4.

Unlike many other national or religious holidays, the vast majority of stores are open on July 4 as well as the entire holiday weekend (even better, many are having sales).  But it is still a holiday, so you are going to want to look into any modified store hours before heading out to buy those lawn chairs and patio furniture. In fact, we confirmed with several major chains that they’re closing an hour or two on July 4 this year.
